Merch Beaver reviews your request and sends a quote revision for you to review and confirm. Once you confirm the quote, we prepare your digital proof. Approve the proof, then use Pay Now to complete payment before production.

No. You can submit your quote request before your artwork is ready. Add any details you know in Project Notes, and provide your artwork later. We review the artwork and project specifications with you before production.

Yes. You can review your digital proof and request changes before approving it. Pay Now becomes available after proof approval. Please check the artwork, wording, colors and specifications carefully before approving your proof.

The designer shows an estimate based on your selections. Merch Beaver reviews the details and any specialty requirements before sending your quote for confirmation. Shipping and applicable taxes are additional where indicated in the designer.

Include your event date in Project Notes when you request your quote. Production and shipping are separate stages, and artwork or proof revisions can affect the schedule. Ask Merch Beaver to confirm whether your deadline is achievable before you commit to it.

The minimum order is 50 custom pins.

Standard pin production takes approximately 3–4 weeks. Rush pin production may be available in approximately 10–12 days for an additional charge, subject to confirmation for your project. Production begins after proof approval and payment. Shipping is separate and typically takes another 3–5 days, depending on your delivery address.

Soft enamel pins have a textured finish with raised metal outlines and recessed enamel. Hard enamel pins are polished smooth, with the enamel level with the metal. Enamel with UV printing adds printed details, such as fine lines, small lettering and gradients. We review your artwork to help you choose a style that works at your selected size.

Yes. Your pin can follow a custom outline. Include your artwork or describe the shape you have in mind when requesting your quote.

Epoxy adds a clear, glossy protective layer for a smooth surface. Consider it for soft enamel or enamel with UV printing, especially designs with glitter, glow or printed elements. Epoxy is not offered on hard enamel pins.

Yes. After your invoice is paid, open My Projects and choose Reorder. Your approved design and saved pin options are used to start a new quote, where you can choose a quantity and review current pricing. Specialty features require a fresh review and price confirmation.

The minimum order is 25 custom golf towels. The designer shows volume pricing for your selected quantity.

Golf towels use 100% polyester waffle fabric with full-color sublimation printing on one side. The reverse is white.

The longest side is up to 20 inches, with the other side sized to maintain your artwork's proportions. We confirm the dimensions with your project specifications and proof.

Yes. You can choose a grommet and select left, center or right placement. Grommet selection and placement have no additional charge.

Tapestries are made from 100% polyester with full-color sublimation printing on one side. Choose 6 × 4, 5 × 5, 4 × 4 or 5 × 3 feet. All four sizes have the same pricing, with one design per order.

Yes. Optional grommets are included in all four corners at no additional charge.
